The decade old Maruti Zen was replaced by a re-designed tall boy and titled as Maruti Zen Estilo. Maruti had chosen to keep the Maruti Zen branding alive with the Zen Estilo when they launched the car in 2006 to keep maintain continuity from the original ‘Jellybean-design’ Zen which was launched back in May 1993 but Zen Estilo didn't managed to do so.
Now, Maruti India has launched New Estilo which looks better than the outgoing model with new headlamps, grille and bumpers. Interiors have also been spruced up to give it a upmarket view with all beige theme.
Style & Design Of New Zen Estilo
New Estilo introduced with all the modifications as expected in a mid life facelift - new bumpers, new headlights, new front grille and new fog lights.The front view of the car certainly looks more grown up with the large teardrop shaped headlamps flanking a more mature looking grille.
New Zen Estilo sports a new bonnet, fenders, tail lamps and an aggressively styled front bumper - all adding up to a more grown-up view. The front fender of Estilo has robust wheel arc. The design is carried over to the rear fender as well. New wheel covers compliment the entire exterior makeover to give it a stylish and smart look.
Interiors & Comfort Features Of New Maruti Zen Estilo
Interiors of New Estilo give a more upmarket look but the overall design of dash and knobs seem to be same like the old Zen Estilo. New model comes with a chocolate brown-cum-beige colour combinations. The centre console has been changed a bit with addition of silver accent and AC controls.

Maruti Suzuki has announced the price of New Estilo - it has been priced at Rs. 3.24 lakhs for the base model and Rs. 4.14 lakhs for top of the line VXi variant with ABS & Driver Side Airbag. The prices are more or less in the same price range of the outgoing model. As far as variants are concerned, it is available in three variants - Lx, Lxi, Vxi & top of the line Vxi ABS.
