Maruti A-Star is one of the nature friendly car coming under the A-segment cars of its group, been made from the recyled and dismantled stuffs of vehicles. Fatal materials are avoided like-wise mercury, cadmium and lead.
A-Star with a petrol engine able to providing 998cc displacement is available in three variants viz., Maruti A-Star Lxi, Maruti A-Star Vxi and Maruti A-Star Zxi.Maruti. A-Star comes under the type of hatchback car body types, with a fuel efficiancy of 14km/l on city roads and 19km/l in highway. Maximum power delivering capacity of the car is 67bhp all at the rate of 6200 rpm. Maximum torque provided by the car is 90Nm at the rate of 3500 rpm.
